Kokako Heights Project

A new build project like no other, designed by award-winning architect Arkhe, was built in the bushes of Matata Conservation Estate.

Located in the picturesque Matata Conservation Estate, our project showcases our attention to detail and craftsmanship. Designed by award-winning architect Arkhe, this complex build in the bush features breathtaking views of the Ocean. With our client's dream home, we knew we had to set the bar high. We collaborated closely with the architects to bring their vision to life, particularly when it came to the unique birch plywood ceiling. We created a sleek feature: the 'Basted Hip', a complex roofing design that combines two pitches - a 3-degree slope meeting a 10-degree ridge hip. This innovative design was a true challenge. We're proud to have been part of this special project, which has resulted in a beautiful home for our clients. We're grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this unique property.
